  • Aly Dilks

    Aly Dilks is a member of the British Menopause Society and an Advanced Nurse Practioner with over 35 years of nursing experience, the majority of which has been in the field of women’s health, including midwifery. Aly continues to work within the NHS as well as in her own private menopause practice, 'Simply menopausal’, helping women to understand their menopause and offering advice and treatment, within NICE guidelines, to help with their symptoms.

  • Dr Fionnuala Barton

    Dr Fionnuala Barton is a GP, Women's Health Doctor and a registered member of the British Menopause Society working within the NHS and her own private practice, The Menopause Medic.  Fionnuala advocates for optimal physical and emotional wellness of women at all stages of life and has particular interest in early recognition and management of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, POI, PMS and PMDD.   

  • Emma Bardwell

    Emma Bardwell is a registered nutritionist and health writer. Her evidence-based, no-nonsense approach has made her one of the go-to names in women's health and nutrition. She combines the most up-to-date research with a 360-degree lifestyle audit to help women optimise their well-being.

  • Dr Tania Adib

    Dr Tania Adib has expertise in managing the menopause, both with hormone replacement and with non-hormonal methods. Dr Adib specialises in early diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological cancer and is the Lead Clinician for Colposcopy and Lead Clinician for Gynaecological Oncology at the Queen’s Hospital. Alongside my surgical practice, I also run a vulval disorders clinic. As well as cancer screening, treatment and support, Dr Adib offers treatment for general gynaecological conditions including abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, heavy periods and pelvic pain.

  • Dr Katy Munro

    Dr Katy Munro worked as a GP in the NHS for about 30 years. During this time, she became a person with migraine and became passionate about helping others with this condition. She became a Headache Specialist GP at the National Migraine Centre, a charity providing migraine sufferers with access to high-quality care. She is also a member of the Council of the British Association for the Study of Headaches.

  • Dr Samantha Brown

    Dr Sam Brown, from the Bronte Clinic, has over 20 years’ experience as an NHS doctor with a special interest in women’s health and menopause care allowing her to keep up to speed on the latest scientific developments and take a holistic and individual medical view on symptoms that patients are experiencing to help them feel themselves again. Sam was the mental health lead at her previous practice, has an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care, and is a member of the British Menopause Society.

  • Dr Philippa Kaye

    Philippa Kaye is a GP working within the NHS and privately with a passion for women’s health and works to help break down stigma and taboos. She is also a mum, a five times author of books on subjects ranging from pregnancy and child health and development. Philippa is also a journalist and medical expert for Woman and My Weekly Special magazines and regularly contributes to the print and online press such as The Daily Mail and is the medical expert for various magazines such as Junior, Sugar and Prima Mother & Baby.

  • Dr Zoe Schaedel

    Zoe Schaedel is a GP and clinical leader with expertise in mental health and sleep difficulties. Through working in general practice and during her time as Managing Director for a mental health service in Brighton and Hove, Zoe has developed an in-depth understanding of the damaging effect that poor sleep can have on physical and psychological health. Zoe has trained alongside some of the UK's foremost sleep clinicians, is a member of the British Sleep Society and is experienced in working with women in the menopausal transition (a time where sleep problems are extremely common) and has been awarded the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care by the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.

  • Dr Ferhat Uddin

    Dr Ferhat Uddin is a menopause expert and the founder of Liberty Health Clinics, where she prescribes Hormone Replacement Therapy within a multidisciplinary team of specialists, offering holistic menopause care. She is also a GP with a special interest in Menopause Care, and graduated as a doctor in 2004 from Kings College London. With a diploma in Women’s Health, she went on to do advanced menopause training with the British Menopause Society, whilst completing the clinical training at Guy’s Hospital Menopause Clinic. She is passionate in helping women make fully informed choices and attain better health. With an interest in education, she teaches GP trainees and GPs on Women’s Health and Menopause.

  • Dr Jonathan Krell

    Dr Jonathan Krell is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Medical Oncology with a clinical focus on the systemic management of patients with gynaecological malignancies. He also has a specialist clinical interest in cancer genetics and hereditary malignancies, particularly those involving the BRCA gene and other genetic mutations. He is a prominent member of the translational research team within the Ovarian Cancer Action Centre and Cancer Research UK centre at Imperial College that aims to overcome resistance to current anti-cancer agents in ovarian cancer.

  • Dr Anne Henderson

    Dr Anne Henderson has been a Senior Consultant for more than 20 years, and spent 17 years as an NHS Consultant. She is one of a few British Menopause Society Accredited Specialists in the UK, recognising the higher level of training, expertise and ongoing clinical workload which this group of specialists undertake. Anne is passionate about women’s health issues, particularly menopause and HRT, and has decades of experience carrying out research and running specialist menopause clinics.

  • Dr Pandelis Athanasias

    Dr Pandelis Athanasias is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practising in both the NHS and the independent sector. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University of London. Dr Athanasias is a leading specialist in the outpatient treatment of uterine polyps, fibroids, endometriosis and menorrhagia (heavy periods). He also has special expertise in the management of the menopause and its symptoms, including bleeding after menopause, vaginal dryness and other hormonal conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. He strongly believe in a holistic approach for the treatment of these conditions.

  • Dr Juliet Balfour

    Dr Juliet Balfour is an experienced NHS GP with a special focus on women’s health and the menopause. She is Director of Wells Menopause Clinic which offers private one to one menopause consultations online and is Chief Medical Officer for Bia Care which offers private and NHS group menopause consultations online. She is also setting up an NHS Menopause Clinic for Somerset.

  • Dr Maja Schaedel

    Dr Maja Schaedel is a qualified Clinical Psychologist who co-founded The Good Sleep Clinic in 2019 - an organisation focused on offering effective treatment for Insomnia and other sleep difficulties using medical and psychological expertise. Maja has worked with sleep difficulties and other mental health problems in the NHS for nearly 20 years.

  • Dr Susanne Hooper

    Dr Susanne Hooper has worked in a variety of healthcare settings. She co-founded the Oxford Hormone Clinic to offer women evidence based, individualised and high-quality care and advice on all aspects relating to the menopause. Susanne is a member of the International Menopause Society and the British Menopause Society.

  • Dr Uchenna Okoye

    Dr Uchenna Okoye, who features on 10 YEARS YOUNGER, believes that the perfect smile looks like your own – but better. Dr Okoye qualified at the prestigious Guy’s Hospital, London and has a special expertise and interest in Cosmetic Dentistry. She is the Clinical Director of London Smiling Dental Group and one of an elite group of dentists with membership in both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Previously on the board of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr Okoye now lectures and works closely with Aesthetic dentists in the USA to ensure her clients have the best of all cutting edge techniques available in the world.

  • Dr Lindsey Thomas

    Dr Lindsey Thomas is a registered British Menopause Society Specialist, with their highest level of training; the Advanced Certificate. She developed a specialist interest in the menopause, after witnessing many patients, and friends, struggling during this stage in life. She is also an Accredited Menopause Trainer, helping others to develop a specialism in this area. Lindsey splits her time between working in a busy NHS Menopause clinic in Leeds and working in private practice at www.menopausecare.co.uk

  • Dr Melanie Hacking

    Dr Melanie Hacking is a GP with a special interest in Menopause, Reproductive Health and is a member of the British Menopause Society and the British Fertility Society. Melanie works within the NHS as well as in private practice, the Oxford Hormone Clinic where they offer a holistic approach to all aspects of menopause care.

  • Dr Sabina Brennan

    Dr Sabina Brennan is a chartered health psychologist (C.Psychol.,PsSI.), neuroscientist (PhD), host of the Super Brain podcast and best-selling author.   • Dr Clare Spencer

    Dr Clare Spencer is a registered menopause specialist and GP. She qualified from Cambridge University and holds Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Royal College of General Practitioners. Dr Spencer co-founded My Menopause Centre (www.mymenopausecentre.com) with her good friend, Helen Normoyle. Their purpose-led website offers free, evidence-based information and advice on all stages of the menopause transition, thirty-eight symptoms of the menopause and a questionnaire that results in a free, personalised menopause assessment.

  • Dr Naomi Potter

    Dr Naomi Potter qualified as a doctor in 2003 after first achieving a Masters degree in psychology. After 16 years practicing as a GP for the NHS, she now specialises solely in Menopause care and treatments. Naomi’s extensive training includes the advanced certification from the British Menopause Society, the highest level of menopause training available. She achieved her certification under the mentorship of Nick Panay – former chair of the BMS. As well as being registered with the Royal College of General Practitioners and with the UK General Medical Council, Naomi is also a Diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. With five children (three boys and twin girls), Naomi understands the pressures of a busy family life. That’s why she’s a firm believer in treating patients as people, and giving due respect to their lifestyle, concerns and expectations. It’s this ethos that runs through the heart of our clinic, and enables us to help our patients in a warm, supportive and sensitive environment.

  • Dr Claire Kaye

    Dr Claire Kaye is an Executive Career Coach specialising in peri/menopause in the workplace. She is also a former GP, a Keynote Speaker, and an award-winning Educationalist. Claire is passionate about empowering women to thrive in the workplace. She offers 1-2-1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, seminars, podcasts and has an active community on social media. Claire also runs a successful social media campaign, #careerinspiration, which features women with flourishing careers. Claire understands both on a personal and professional level the importance of education and coaching during the peri/menopause and has seen firsthand the positive impact that this can have for both the individual and the wider community.   • Dr Tamasine Black

    Dr Tamasine Black is an Psychologist and founder of Tabla Psychology. She has more than 20 years of experience working withfamilies and 12 years’ experience as an educational psychologist. She has a wealth of experience in autism and ADHD assessment and mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

  • Dr Alison Macbeth

    Dr Alison Macbeth is a GP with a special interest in Women’s Health and Genito-Urinary medicine, as well as a Breast Speciality Doctor in an NHS Breast Unit in Glasgow. Alison now spend the majority of her time specialising in Breast, Menopause and Women’s Health. She has an Advanced Menopause Certificate in Menopause Care from the BMS and is an Accredited BMS Specialist. Alison was inspired to start a menopause clinic within her NHS breast unit after seeing patients who were cancer free but suffering with the menopausal side effects of treatment. She believes all women, including those treated for breast cancer, deserve access to high quality, evidence-based menopause care and treatment and that every woman should be empowered to seek help and support, including those who may previously have been told they could never have HRT.

  • Dr Carys Sonnenberg

    Dr Sonnenberg is a GP with a special interest in women’s health and menopause. She is a member of the British Menopause Society, and has completed their advanced training certificate. She is passionate about education for women and has set up Rowena Health to share her knowledge and she is very much looking forward to seeing private patients in 2023.

  • Miss Meg Menasian

    Miss Meg Minasian is a UK-trained, GMC-registered Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon. She trained in various hospitals in London, including time at Moorfields Eye Hospital. She also wrote or contributed to a number of research papers for publication in The British Journal of Ophthalmology, The Journal of American Association for Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Eye magazine and The Postgraduate Medical Journal. During her career she has performed a large number of complex eye surgeries. These include cataracts, squint surgery, blepharoplasties and numerous other oculoplastic operations.
